Firehouse Wit is our Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander, peppercorn and locally grown lavender from Bookem Lavender Farm right here in Gresham.

We first created this beer to help during wildfire season, and beginning in 2026, Firehouse Wit will return each year with a purpose: helping support those who fight wildfires and the Oregon communities impacted by them.
