1 - Kelly Creek Pilsner

2 -Huckleberry Cream Ale

Our award-winning Huckleberry starts with our traditional Cream Ale recipe. Huckleberry, is native to the Pacific Northwest, and prized for its sweetness and texture. Its distinct flavor blended with our Cream Ale creates a smooth beer with a touch of tart huckleberries. Fruity, creamy, and sweet, this beer is an easy drinker and perfect to sip on a warm afternoon.

3 - Firehouse Wit

Alc -4.6 %. IBU - 15

A classic Belgian style Wit with local lavender from Local Bookem Lavender Farm. Well balanced and floral you can but it doesn't overpower the great flavor of the Belgian Wit style. Created to help in wildfire fighting, a portion of the proceeds goes to local firefighting funds.

4 -Dill with it! Pickle Gose

A bright, tart kettle-soured gose finished with real dill pickle brine for a savory punch of tangy pickle flavor and a crisp, salty finish. Refreshingly sour, unmistakably pickle, and surprisingly drinkable.

5 - Rooster Rock Red

Our NW style Red Ale is a beer for people who love IPAs, but like a little malt sweetness. American hops balance out the sweetness for a beer that appeals to both the hop lover and non-hop lover alike.

6 - Cloudy Skies Hazy IPA

A juicy, vibrant brew showcasing El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops, Cloudy Skies offers a burst of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus aromas. Expect notes of pineapple, mango, and a touch of fresh berry, balanced with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. This hazy delight delivers a refreshing finish, perfect for both IPA enthusiasts and hazy newcomers.

7 - Hop Silo Double IPA

We didn’t hold back filling this silo. Bursting with citrus and pine, this West Coast Double IPA brings a firm, lingering bitterness and a clean, structured finish. Big, bold, and built for those who like their hops front and center.

8 -Oxbow IPA

Alc 6.8 % IBU-70

This IPA is medium bodied and hopped to give a nice delicate citrusy aroma and flavor. It is a well-balanced, very drinkable American IPA.

9 -Evening Milking Stout

Aromas of vanilla and coffee compliment the flavors of roasted malt with a hint of chocolate in this creamy stout

11 -Point Rider Porter

Smooth with an earth complexity, our Porter pours a deep dark brown with a creamy tan foam. Its malt bill is a testament to notes of bittersweet chocolate, coffee, aned a roasted finish. This beer remains robust while having a refreshing character that goes down great after a long day on the cattle drive. ‘Head ’em up! Move ’em out!’

12 - Hay Bale Pale Ale - Fresh Hop

Our English Pale Ale has a smooth, mild flavor; a good balance of spicy, citrusy hop flavor & bitterness all mixed with the toasty, biscuit taste for a crisp ending. The light copper-hued ale is the ideal session beer to turn to after that hard day of work or play. - This year made with Community Fresh Hop Chinook
