Our award-winning Huckleberry starts with our traditional Cream Ale recipe. Huckleberry, is native to the Pacific Northwest, and prized for its sweetness and texture. Its distinct flavor blended with our Cream Ale creates a smooth beer with a touch of tart huckleberries. Fruity, creamy, and sweet, this beer is an easy drinker and perfect to sip on a warm afternoon.

A malt-forward brown ale with a smooth, slightly sweet profile. Notes of caramel, toasted bread, and light chocolate lead the way, with a gentle nuttiness and a soft, rounded finish. Low bitterness keeps it easy drinking, letting the malt character shine without being heavy.

Reminiscent of a classic English brown, but built for the Herd—balanced, comforting, and made for settling in with a proper pint.

Crisp, subtly tart and slightly sweet flavors of cranberry, orange zest, and cinnamon come through to celebrate the season. But, underneath those wonderful flavors and the pinkish-red hue, hiding in the background lurks the slow burn of four different chilies... Our NW style Red Ale is a beer for people who love IPAs, but like a little malt sweetness. American hops balance out the sweetness for a beer that appeals to both the hop lover and non-hop lover alike.

 A juicy, vibrant brew showcasing El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops, Cloudy Skies offers a burst of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus aromas. Expect notes of pineapple, mango, and a touch of fresh berry, balanced with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. This hazy delight delivers a refreshing finish, perfect for both IPA enthusiasts and hazy newcomers. 

   We didn’t hold back filling this silo. Bursting with citrus and pine, this West Coast Double IPA brings a firm, lingering bitterness and a clean, structured finish. Big, bold, and built for those who like their hops front and center. 

This IPA is medium bodied and hopped to give a nice delicate citrusy aroma and flavor. It is a well-balanced, very drinkable American IPA.

Aromas of vanilla and coffee compliment the flavors of roasted malt with a hint of chocolate in this creamy stout 

Boasting roasted and heavy malt aromas, it is distinctively black, with a distinctive tan head. The taste is equally enticing, blending malt, chocolate and coffee with a roast finish. A rich and creamy taste to savor. 

Smooth with an earth complexity, our Porter pours a deep dark brown with a creamy tan foam. Its malt bill is a testament to notes of bittersweet chocolate, coffee, aned a roasted finish. This beer remains robust while having a refreshing character that goes down great after a long day on the cattle drive.  ‘Head ’em up! Move ’em out!’

 A bright, tart gose brewed with local Bookem Farms blackberries, then aged in tequila barrels for added depth and complexity. Vibrant fruit, gentle salinity, and a subtle tequila warmth come together for a bold, refreshing, and uniquely expressive beer. 

Smooth, malty, and rich with notes of caramel and toasted bread. This classic Doppelbock is brewed in support of SnowCap Community Services — a warming beer for the coldest nights.

 Smooth, malty, and easy-drinking. Brewed with Golden Promise malt and flaked barley for a soft, creamy body, a touch of caramel sweetness, and a clean, dry finish. Light notes of biscuit and toffee lead into a beautifully balanced pint that goes down way too easy
