Our award-winning Huckleberry starts with our traditional Cream Ale recipe. Huckleberry, is native to the Pacific Northwest, and prized for its sweetness and texture. Its distinct flavor blended with our Cream Ale creates a smooth beer with a touch of tart huckleberries. Fruity, creamy, and sweet, this beer is an easy drinker and perfect to sip on a warm afternoon.

Leaving milk & cookies out on Christmas was thoughtful when you are a kid, but now you’re all grown up. This year why not enjoy this Snickerdoodle inspired beer and maybe...just maybe...if you leave some out for Ol' Saint Snick it will get you a spot on the "Nice" list! This light bodied beer has a velvety texture with the flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and milk sugar, giving you one great cookie…we mean beer.  All the joys of a Snickerdoodle, but without the baking or extra calories. No dunking 

Our NW style Red Ale is a beer for people who love IPAs, but like a little malt sweetness. American hops balance out the sweetness for a beer that appeals to both the hop lover and non-hop lover alike.

 A juicy, vibrant brew showcasing El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops, Cloudy Skies offers a burst of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus aromas. Expect notes of pineapple, mango, and a touch of fresh berry, balanced with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. This hazy delight delivers a refreshing finish, perfect for both IPA enthusiasts and hazy newcomers. 

Our version of a Gresham IPA. Generously dry hopped with 2 lbs per barrel to give flavors and aromas of pine and citrus 

This IPA is medium bodied and hopped to give a nice delicate citrusy aroma and flavor. It is a well-balanced, very drinkable American IPA.

Aromas of vanilla and coffee compliment the flavors of roasted malt with a hint of chocolate in this creamy stout 

From the Dark Fields of the farm comes this full-bodied and utterly delicious cold weather companion. Brewed with organic cocoa nibs this Imperial Stout is deep, dark and complex with layers of chocolate, dark toffee, and roasted malts. Very rich with high alcohol and plenty of hops balance out the loads of malted barley.

Smooth with an earth complexity, our Porter pours a deep dark brown with a creamy tan foam. Its malt bill is a testament to notes of bittersweet chocolate, coffee, aned a roasted finish. This beer remains robust while having a refreshing character that goes down great after a long day on the cattle drive.  ‘Head ’em up! Move ’em out!’

Like Hansel and Gretel in the woods, this whimsical winter stout wanders across your palate with cheerful bursts of ginger, warm cinnamon, cloying clove, and spicy nutmeg. It finishes with sticky molasses and rich lactose that welcomes you in out of the cold. Just when you think you are safe, a slightly burnt tone offsets the sweetness, for the ultimate Hansel and Gretel’s revenge! Suggested Pairings: Ugly Christmas sweaters, Holiday Parties, and Gingerbread cookies.

Crisp, subtly tart and slightly sweet flavors of cranberry, orange zest, and cinnamon come through to celebrate the season. But, underneath those wonderful flavors and the pinkish-red hue, hiding in the background lurks the slow burn of four different chilies... Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Carolina Reaper, and Ghost peppers are just waiting for you to SCREAM!!
